Yeah, it really is so difficult. My mum's been to therapy before, and I know it's a hard thing to Do, from experience, but it's so frustrating - as it must be for you too - to want to help other people recover and be shot down. I don't want to push them to do things before they're ready, but still, it's a really hard thing to navigate.
